This action was instituted by Robert B. Kenty, plaintiff, during his lifetime, against Spartan Aircraft Company and Geraldine Powell, defendants, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an airplane crash which occurred on December 22, 1949. A jury trial was had upon the issues joined, resulting in a unanimous verdict in favor of defendants. Motion for new trial was overruled and plaintiff...
