This is a suit in trespass to try title to certain lots and blocks in Lipscomb Place Addition, near Luling, in Caldwell County, instituted by appellant.

Appellee answered by a plea of not guilty, and further claimed title by virtue of the ten-year statute of limitation, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St. art. 5510, and further that the lands described in plaintiff's petition were wholly within the boundary of a 64-acre tract, described in defendant...
