There are only two questions raised by this appeal: (1) whether the will of William M. Price, deceased, was revoked either by implication of law or by the intent and act of the testator and (2) whether the widow, Mrs Katherine Price, is estopped by a separation and property settlement agreement to probate said alleged will and to take under same.
