Hoyt L. Agnew sued Coleman County Electric Cooperative for personal injury and property damage caused by a collision between Agnew's automobile and the Cooperative's truck. Agnew alleged he was driving at 45 miles per hour when he attempted to pass the Cooperative's truck and its driver suddenly turned the truck to the left, without giving any signal of his intention to turn; that the truck struck the front of his automobile, injuring Agnew...
