This appeal arises out of a declaratory judgment of the District Court of Ochiltree County, Texas, construing the will of Annie E. Murphy, which will is composed of an original will and two codicils thereto. Appellants are the seven surviving children of B. H. Murphy and wife, Annie E. Murphy, both deceased. Appellee is John O. Slaton, who was adopted by Wilbur Slaton and Myrtle M. Slaton in the year 1943...
