This case comes here by appeal from a judgment rendered by the trial court without the intervention of a jury. The sole question for determination here is whether or not the court was in error in denying plaintiffs the right to a jury trial. The suit was instituted by Mary Kathryn Castle Steinway, her mother, Kathleen L. Dieffenbach, and her maternal grandmother, Julia LeBus, as minority stockholders in the corporation, Majestic Amusement Company...
