In this final stage of a workmen's compensation case, without much benefit of precedent, we have first to decide whether there is evidence to support the judgment awarded the claimant, Etheredge, by both courts below on account of the occupational disease of silicosis against the petitioner compensation insurance carrier for respondent's last employer, Trojan Foundries, under Sec. 24 of Art. 8306, Vernon's Tex.Civ.Stats.Ann.
