This is an appeal from an order sustaining a plea of privilege. Appellants, Francis H. Maze and his infant daughter, Barbara Maze, suing by her father as next friend, brought suit in the District Court of Harris County on August 28, 1953 against appellees, Herman Ruscher, Earl Ruscher and Loyce Ruscher, to recover damages on account of serious personal injuries alleged to have been negligently inflicted upon them as the result of an automobile collision...
