On the 4th day of October, 1951, John E. Wright, then a resident of Washita County, Oklahoma, died intestate leaving surviving him as heirs at law, his wife, Ethel C. Wright, two sons and two grandchildren.

On October 8, 1951, Ethel C. Wright, wife of deceased, filed in the County Court of Washita County an application for the appointment of an administrator in which she waived her preference right to the appointment and requested the appointment...
