Suit was brought by petitioner, Gilcrease Foundation, against the respondent, Stanolind Oil and Gas Company in the district court for declaratory judgment to sustain its right to receive as royalty under an oil and gas lease ½ of the 1/8th royalty produced from all of the land covered by such lease in the proportion that its interest bore to the entire tract and the corresponding right to the satisfaction...
