This is an action brought by Michael Fuller, a minor, by his mother, Betty Fuller, as next friend, to recover damages for personal injuries received in an automobile accident. A verdict was returned for the defendant, Lloyd Gene Neundorf, and from the judgment thereon, plaintiff appeals.

The parties thus appear in the same order as they appeared in the trial court, and will be referred to as plaintiff...
