This suit was instituted in the form of a trespass to try title by Librado Garza and Guillermo Vera, as plaintiffs, against Mrs. John L. Crandell, as defendant, seeking to recover title to eighty acres of land located in Duval County, Texas, and known as the W½ of NE¼ of Sweden Farm Lot No. 27.
