Hudson, while in the employ of Max Roberts, whose surety under the Workmen's Compensation Law, I.C. § 72-101 et seq., is the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, received an injury during his regular hours of employment, while he was on duty on the employer's premises performing the work for which he was employed.
