WEISS, J., March 22, 1954.

On November 28, 1932, at January term, 1933, no. 4928, D. & C., the city filed its lien for 1929 taxes in the sum of $68.75 against the real estate of Grace Aleda Hershberger, located in the twentieth ward of that city.

A writ of scire facias was duly issued and served and judgment by default was entered.

A writ of levari facias duly issued and the real estate was offered and read at public sale by the sheriff, whereat...
