This is an appeal by the defendants from an amended judgment entered by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on November 3, 1952, upon a jury verdict for the plaintiff. The defendants also appeal from an order entered February 11, 1953, denying the defendants' motion to set aside the verdict and enter judgment in accordance with their motion for a directed verdict or for a new trial.
