WARD, Justice.

This appeal challenges the jurisdiction of a municipal court to try a misdemeanor committed under the laws regulating Motor Carriers. It is the contention of appellant that municipal courts have concurrent jurisdiction with the circuit courts, and it is the contention of appellee that circuit courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
