Appellant, administratrix of the Estate of Frank Eckel, appealed without bond to the District Court of Waller County from an order of the County Court restating her final account as administratrix. The District Court dismissed the appeal for lack of jurisdiction, which action was based on the absence of an appeal bond. Appellant has appealed without bond to the Galveston Court of Civil Appeals from the order of the District Court dismissing her appeal...
