This is a workmen's compensation case. The parties will carry the same designation as in the trial court. Plaintiff, Reece Tarver, instituted this suit against defendant, Saint Paul Mercury Indemnity Company, to recover benefits under our Workmen's Compensation Statutes, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St. art. 8306 et seq.
