D. D. Kolp, Don Kolp and Virginia Gholson sued George M. Rogers and others for rent on plaintiffs' building from April 7, 1952 to March 31, 1953. Plaintiffs alleged the reasonable rental value of said building was $5 per day. In a trial amendment, plaintiffs alleged that on April 7, 1952, the Sheriff sold the property in their building to George M. Rogers and Rogers agreed to pay plaintiffs, as rent for such building, $5 per day from April...
