The question before us is whether the judgment of the Madison county court appointing Russell McKeehan guardian of his three month old daughter, Russelita, is void. The chancellor held the appointment void and for that reason set aside a former judgment of the Madison circuit court approving a sale of the infant's real estate, and this appeal followed.
