In this repatriation case the district court granted the application and the Government appeals.

The facts are substantially undisputed. Appellee's father, now deceased, became a naturalized citizen of this country on June 26, 1905. Appellee was born in Italy, January 23, 1913, acquirig American citizenship at birth. R.S. § 1993, 8 U.S.C. §§ 1431-1433. In October, 1915, the father returned to Italy where he remained until his death...
