In their petition plaintiffs charged that in the manufacture of petroleum products the defendant used chemicals and other substances unknown to the plaintiffs, that were poisonous and harmful to livestock, which defendant, during the past two years, permitted to escape from its refinery and flow into Cow Creek, which term thereafter emptied into Beaver Creek, and which latter stream ran through land was primarily used for the raising of livestock...
