As the result of an automobile accident which occurred on January 19, 1951, at the intersection of Highway 152 and County Road 10-N in Madera County, Charles Boots received personal injuries and his wife, Mary Boots, was killed. One action was filed by Charles Boots to recover for his own injuries and another by Charles Boots and the children of Charles and Mary to recover damages for Mary's death. The same defendants...
