The appellee, R.C. Howell, was employed by appellant, Ingalls Shipbuilding Corporation, whose workmen's compensation insurer was American Mutual Liability Insurance Company. Appellee suffered a heart attack, became disabled, and made claim under the workmen's compensation act. The attorney-referee heard the evidence and denied the claim.
