Dr. George J. Korby, plaintiff and appellant, brought 3 actions against John B. Sosnowski, a real-estate broker, defendant and appellee, in the common pleas court for the city of Detroit. Plaintiff alleged that defendant had overcharged him for commissions on the sale of vacant property. Two of the actions were ultimately decided in favor of defendant on directed verdicts as having been barred by the statute of limitations. No appeal was taken therefrom...
