Under the terms of the Renegotiation Act, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 1191, the Under Secretary of War, on August 30, 1944, issued two unilateral orders determining that defendants had realized excessive profits in the amounts of $170,000 and $465,000 on certain war contracts.
