STEVENS, J.

The trial court, sitting without a jury, tried and adjudged defendant guilty of driving a vehicle upon the highway while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Imposition of sentence was suspended by the court, and, in lieu thereof, defendant was placed on probation for two years upon conditions which include revocation of his driver's license for one year and the payment of a $200 fine.
