This action grows out of a dispute as to the boundary line between the northwest quarter and the southwest quarter of a section of land of Kit Carson county, Colorado, and is brought under the provisions of Rule 105, R.C.P.Colo. On trial to a jury, a verdict was returned in favor of plaintiff, and judgment was thereafter entered on the verdict.
