This is a suit for damages filed by plaintiff against the Kansas City Public Service Company. A trial by jury resulted in a verdict for plaintiff for $9,500. The defendant appealed. Plaintiff's injuries for which she seeks damages were sustained when on February 13, 1949, she fell from a bus operated by the defendant.
