Plaintiffs commenced an action to recover for personal injuries and property damage resulting from a collision between a Lincoln two-door sedan and a dump truck loaded with gravel. Plaintiff Wilson was the driver of the Lincoln automobile, and the other plaintiffs were guests in the car. The dump truck was being driven by defendant Gurney, its owner.
