Appellant Curtis Richey was indicted for murder and was convicted of manslaughter in the Circuit Court of Lee County.

Appellant contends that the verdict of the jury is not supported by the evidence and is against the great weight of it. But we think that the record amply supports the conviction. The State's case, which the jury manifestly accepted, was supported by two eyewitnesses and another person...
