Plaintiff, The Perry Knitting Company, is a manufacturer of knitted garments of various kinds, including children's sleeping garments. The other plaintiff, Glendale Knitting Corporation, was wholly owned and controlled by Perry and was the selling agent for Perry. They were related companies within the meaning of Sections 1055 and 1127 of Title 15 U.S...
