Audrey G. Goodloe, as administratrix of her deceased husband's estate, brought suit in the Circuit Court of Davidson County against W.O. Puckett upon certain promissory notes which were payable to W.R. Goodloe, deceased. The said notes were dated January 1, 1945, and were in the aggregate sum of $1,177.88. The declaration alleged that the several notes were due and unpaid. The suit was instituted on December 29, 1950, and the declaration was filed...
