This is a suit for the recovery of personal and property damages resulting from an automobile collision which occurred in Avoyelies Parish on the Alexandria-Marksville Highway. Defendants are the owner and driver of a jeep trailer combination with which plaintiff's automobile collided. After trial there was judgment in favor of plaintiff and against the defendants, in solido, in the principal sum of $878.38. From this judgment both defendants were granted...
