GAILOR, Justice.

In this case, Katzman sued the Railway for personal injuries (hernia) received while riding as a passenger on a day coach of the Railway between Tullahoma and Nashville. In the Circuit Court, after overruling motion for directed verdict, the Trial Judge approved a judgment of $750 against the Railway, which appealed to the Court of Appeals, and that Court, holding that the motion for directed verdict, should have been sustained, reversed and dismissed...
