The automobile collision from which this suit results occurred in the intersection of Elysian Fields Avenue and St. Denis Street, at about 6:15 o'clock on the evening of March 15, 1950. Mrs. Earl H. Lafont was operating the family Chevrolet automobile, and in the car with her were her two sons, Raymond and Larry, age 15 and 11 years, respectively.
