"1. Were Code §§ 35-236 and 35-237 of the Code of 1933 repealed by the act of 1947, Georgia Laws, 1947, pages 1174-1177, No. 315 (Senate Bill No. 73)?

"2. If the first question is answered in the negative, does the Court of Ordinary of Baldwin County, Ga., have jurisdiction to try the question of the lunacy of a person...
