This action was brought by U. S. Sanitary Specialties Corporation on a "Comprehensive General Liability Policy" issued by the defendant, Globe Indemnity Company. The complaint alleged a loss under said policy and prayed for judgment for the amount the plaintiff had paid to one Annie Peek in compromise of her claim for injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligence of an employee of the plaintiff...
