Our court granted the petition of the People of the State of Colorado, upon the relation of the Attorney General, to initiate proceedings "in the nature of a writ of quo warranto" in order to determine the validity of a decree entered by the district court in inclusion proceedings under the provisions of section 29(b), chapter 294, 1951 Session Laws of Colorado, concerning water conservancy districts.
