This is an appeal from the decision of the Commissioner of Patents, speaking through the Assistant Commissioner, affirming the decision of the Examiner of Interferences dismissing the notice of opposition filed by appellant to appellee's application for the registration of the word "Favora" as a trade-mark for "Dehydrated Chicken Noodle Soup Mixes".
