This is an appeal from a final decree granting a specific performance.

In 1946 the appellants gave a lease to the appellees covering 1,200 acres of land in one parcel and 520 acres in another parcel. The appellants owned or controlled approximately 17,000 acres of land scattered throughout Dade County. The lease provided that the appellees would lease the land for five years and would select at least 1,000 acres out of the two tracts of 1...
