Defendant was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct alleged to have been committed upon children 8 and 6 years old, respectively, in violation of section 288 of the Penal Code. The jury brought in verdicts of guilty on both counts. Defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction and from the order denying his motion for a new trial.
