On October 11, 1934, Noel Estate, Inc., executed an oil, gas and mineral lease in favor of Mrs. Ethel Mae Murray, wife of T. W. Murray, covering and affecting a 60 acre tract of land located in Lot 2, Section 15, Township 20 North, Range 15 West, Caddo Parish.
