The plaintiff initiated this action to acquire by right of eminent domain three parcels of land for school purposes. The land sought to be condemned lies south of Boise river, between the river and Whitney bench, and is located between Capitol Boulevard on the East and Sixteenth Street on the West in the City of Boise.
