This petition was brought by an employer to review a preliminary agreement under the workmen's compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300. After a hearing de novo in the superior court a decree was entered granting the petition on the ground that the employee's incapacity had ended. From that decree the employee has duly prosecuted an appeal to this court.
