Code, § 53051) for damages for injuries resulting from falling upon a claimed defective sidewalk under the control of defendant county. The jury brought in a verdict of $5,000. Defendant appeals from the judgment entered on the verdict, from the order denying its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and from the order denying its motion for a new trial....
