PER CURIAM.

Defendant was found guilty of the crime of petit larceny and fined $100 and costs with provision for imprisonment in county jail in default of payment. He has appealed and the case comes to us on clerk's transcript.

We have examined the record and find no error. The judgment is accordingly affirmed.
