A direct appeal proceeding from a judgment of the District Court of Sheridan County brings this case here for review. The cause was tried by the court no jury being in attendance. The plaintiff, Ethel Hawkey, and the defendant Jennie Williams are sisters. The other defendant is also Jennie Williams but she was sued in her official capacity as executrix of the estate of Nona Williams, deceased...
