MILLER, Justice.

Robert Anderson was indicted under section 4-57, Code of 1950, for unlawfully and feloniously manufacturing alcoholic beverages.

He was tried by the court, found "guilty of an attempt to manufacture illegally alcoholic beverages * * *," and sentenced to confinement for one year in the penitentiary.
