Maddox, a subcontractor, is seeking indemnity from the defendants, Wheless Drilling Company, the principal contractor, and its insurer, Fidelity & Casualty Company, for compensation paid to H. N. Ferguson, an employee of the subcontractor, who was seriously injured while in the course and scope of his employment.
